Cultures are defined by
Movements
The Hip-Hop Integration Program is based on the teaching strategy, Hip-Hop Integration, which serves as a pedagogical tool for culturally responsive teaching that utilizes the elements of Hip-Hop culture with three teaching methods: cooperative learning, arts integration, and the theory of multiple intelligences.
We specialize in professional development workshops and provides educational resources that explore the elements of Hip-Hop culture, which include: deejaying, rapping, b-boying (breakdancing), and graffiti. We also offer after-school programs based on art and entrepreneurship for at-risk youth, ranging from ages 9 to 18 years old.
Today’s students.
Tomorrow’s leaders.
Intelligence can be curated in multiple ways. As educators in the 21st century, we must keep this in the forefront of our mind while teaching tomorrow's leaders.
